Ingredients :

Rice                                        6cups
Chicken                                   1kg
Fresh Tomatoes.                   450g
Fresh Pepper🌶                    1.6kg
Tatashe.                                  1kg
Garlic(1bulb)                          25g                         
Ginger (1bulb)
Stock cubes(knorr )              4pcs
Onions                                     2bulbs
Salt to taste
Curry powder
1sachet of any Seasoning of your

Preparation Method.

Wash your chicken and boil,spice up with 1/2onions, 2pinch of curry powder for the browning during frying, 1pcs of knorr(2 in 1),1/2 teaspoon of thyme,cover to boil for 10mins, let it not be properly cooked so as to crunchy when you fry,while it boils, pour in your tomatoes, 1bulb of onions, garlic and ginger into your blender and blend,and while blending let it not be properly smooth,boil the tomatoes mixture to remove excess water,
Now bring down the chicken and drain the water, now pour some amounts of your vegetable oil for frying of the chicken and allow to heat then fry at first at high heat, then reduce to low heat,

Pour in your rice into a boiling pot of water and allow to boil for 10mins drain it and rinse put back to be properly cooked,add 1 spoon of salt and remember to add 2 tablespoons of oil to prevent burning or sticking together

Stew Making.

In a clean dry pot, pour in 5 cooking spoon of oil and allow to heat,then bring down to low heat until you are done with the mixing of your ingredients to avoid over cooking and loosing the taste and nutritional values,pour in your onions and stir,put in 2pcs of your knorr,remaining the other 2pcs that will come in at the end of our mixing,add your ginger, garlic, a pinch of salt, stir very well, allow to boil for 3mins, then pour in the tomatoes mixture stir gently and allow to boil, at this level you can now increase the heat depending on how watery or thick your tomatoes mixture is, so as to allow the tomatoes loose it's soar taste and cook well with the other ingredients, so cover and boil for 20 minutes, then add 2 glasses of water, depending on how thick or watery you want your stew to be, me i like thick stew,you can now put in your chicken after the 20mins,dont stir immediately,put in the last 2stock cubes and allow to boil for 3mins then stir and cover to boil for another 10mins, and you are good to go...
